"Shipping is progressively getting worst"
Shipping is progressively getting worst! First, week delays, then, two week delays and now, three week delays.

"Not What it Seems"
This company's website doesn't work as it should and orders sometimes go unfulfilled for weeks. The owner is an arrogant whiskey snob that won't take responsibility for deficiencies.

"Exceptionally poor customer service"
Exceptionally poor customer service. Blake will respond, say he's taking care of a problem, but when you call him out that said problem was never fixed, he will just ignore you.

Avoid this place at all costs.

"While I doubt they will intentionally…"
While I doubt they will intentionally defraud anyone, their QC and customer service is so poor that they must often end up doing so unintentionally.

This company has repeatedly failed to pack and ship the correct number of items in orders, and then takes multiple weeks to correct the issue. They are probably decent people, but they need to improve their QC drastically.

I ordered two bottles from them, and only one arrived- despite being charged for shipping on two bottles and the packing slip saying two bottles were in the box. When I emailed to get it corrected the COO demanded that I show a picture of the box to prove only one had arrived. They issued a tracking number almost immediately, but then took 15 days to ship the box. Several of my friends have had similar issues, including one who had to request a charge back on his credit card for a bottle that never arrived.

Their QC and operational oversight are very poor. Their customer service is on par with that.

"I've tried to order from this site…"
I've tried to order from this site multiple times and there are repeated issues. They don't respond when there are order issues, they don't give shipping time frames or estimations, everything is incredibly slow to get out to you and multiple people have had to cancel and refund orders due to shipping issues.
