I ordered this as a birthday gift, but it ended up arriving late and missed the day completely. Annoying, honestly. There’s just something about it showing up after the celebration that made the whole thing feel kind of pointless

"Good stuff, but it goes really fast"
I do like that they get some bottles I don’t really see in other places. There’s definitely something cool about checking what’s new, and I’ve had a good feeling about the selection overall. But the release access can be kind of frustrating. A couple times I had something I wanted and it was just gone before I could even finish checking out. I’m still okay with it, but I don’t know, it doesn’t totally live up to all the hype for me.

"Promo deal wasn’t really worth the hassle"
I tried using the promo code expecting a decent deal, but it barely took anything off. On top of that, I had to keep verifying myself over and over, which got really annoying fast. felt like more trouble than it was worth.

I’ve found some bottles here that are priced fairly, but others seem higher than what I’ve seen on other sites. The shipping costs can add up too, so I usually have to double-check before ordering. It’s not a bad place to shop overall, but I did get the feeling my concerns weren’t really being noticed, which made the experience a little frustrating.

"Late delivery and I had to chase updates myself"
The delivery was really unreliable. It showed up late, and there were no updates along the way, so I ended up having to keep checking and following up myself. it was just extra work I shouldn’t have had to deal with.

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
Checkout did work in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. The page was loading a bit slow, so I ended up double-checking my shipping info because I wasn’t totally sure it had saved. Payment went through without any issues though, and I got the confirmation email right after. I’m curious if other people had the same thing happen or if it was just on my end. Overall not bad, but it could definitely be a little easier...

I’ve checked this site a bunch of times hoping to find rare bottles, and they’re either already gone or just not listed at all. It gets frustrating when that’s the main thing you’re looking for. The site itself is okay, I guess, but whoever runs this really needs to figure out the availability because it’s been a letdown for me.

So far it seems okay, but I’m not fully convinced yet. A lot of the company wording feels a bit too polished, which always makes me wonder what they’re not saying. I don’t have any major complaints right now, but I’d need more time before I’d say I really trust it

"The membership is fine, but I’m not totally sold yet"
I signed up mostly for the member perks and early access, and so far it’s been okay. I haven’t done a super detailed breakdown or anything, so I could be missing some of the value, but I’m not completely sure it’s worth the cost for me yet. Some of the bottles have been cool, though a few seem to sell out really quickly. Overall, it’s not bad, just feels kind of average based on what I’ve seen so far.

I used seelbachs.com sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, and overall it was a easy experience. The site loaded without any issues for me, and I was able to find what I wanted without digging through a bunch of pages.
The filters made sense, the product pages were straightforward, and checkout was quick enough that I didn’t really have to think about it. I was on my phone too, and the details were still easy to read, which I always appreciate.
All in all, it felt simple and smooth. Nothing really stood out as annoying or confusing, so I’d definitely use the site again.
"Totally Fine, Except They Kept Charging Me"
I cancelled my subscription and then, very calmly of course, watched them keep charging me anyway. Support did respond, but they weren’t exactly helpful, and it took way more effort than it should have to sort out. So yeah, not my favorite experience.

"Return process took forever, right?"
I had to email them a few times just to get updates on my return, and the refund didn’t come through for almost 3 weeks. They did eventually respond, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing felt way more confusing and drawn out than it should’ve been. I don’t know, maybe I’m being impatient, but that seems like a long time for a refund.

I was expecting the bottles to feel a lot more special based on the descriptions. When they arrived, they were just kind of underwhelming. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, but I did feel a bit misled. I probably wouldn’t order again

My order did show up on time, so that part was fine. The tracking was mostly good, but it missed an update, and that was kind of annoying. I kept checking it and expecting it to refresh, but it just didn’t. Not a huge problem since the package arrived when it was supposed to, but the missing update was frustrating.

"Customer service was decent, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Seelbachs and ended up needing to reach out to customer service about my shipment. They did get back to me, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but it took a little longer than I was hoping.
Once they replied, the answer was helpful enough and seemed to address what I needed. I just found myself checking my email a few times, wondering if I had maybe missed something.
Overall, it was okay, just not especially quick. I’d probably order from them again, but I’d go in expecting that customer service responses might take a bit
"Shipping and tax made me back out"
I was about to place an order because the price seemed decent at first, but then the shipping was way higher than I expected. Once the tax got added too, the total jumped up fast, haha. I know shipping isn’t free and all, but it was still annoying. Checkout definitely changed my mind, and I’ll probably skip ordering again.

I’ve entered a few lotteries on Seelbach’s i’ve had a really positive experience. I didn’t win every time, of course, but that felt totally normal and fair. The rules were easy to understand, and I never got the feeling that the same people were getting all the good bottles. When I did get selected, checkout was smooth and stress-free. It’s genuinely nice to see limited releases handled in a way that feels fair and exciting
